The NTK-20A is designed for the automatic forming and assembly of boxes, making it ideal for both standalone use and integration into a production line. It is designed to meet the packaging needs of industrial sectors such as household appliances, textiles, consumer goods, and more.
The machine features an inclined plate where the operator manually places the stack of boxes to be processed. At the start of the forming cycle, the machine automatically picks up the box and, using a system of mechanical arms, guides, and chains, unfolds the seams to form the rectangular structure of the box. The machine then closes and taps the bottom of the box, a critical step that ensures its stability and allows for its efficient transfer to the filling area, optimizing time and improving productivity.
It features a touch panel that allows you to configure the speed of each stage of the assembly process. Width and height adjustments are made manually using hand cranks, allowing the machine to be adapted to a wide variety of box sizes.
